Earth-2 was first introduced in Season 2 of The Flash as the home of the villainous Zoom, Harrison “Harry” Wells,  Jesse Wells/Jesse Quick and Black Siren, a villainous counterpart to Earth-1’s Black Canary who gradually developed into a heroic character before assuming the Black Canary mantle.

This alternate world continued to be a mainstay element of The Flash in its subsequent seasons before meeting its end when it was consumed by a wave of antimatter, the first casualty in the lead up to “Crisis on Infinite Earths.”
