Shang-Chi star Simu Liu has shared his hilarious Marvel home workout on Twitter.
With almost the entire world quarantining, it’s ridiculously easy to succumb to laziness and fall short on your duties and routines. If you’re a superhero like Simu Liu, you have to maintain your Marvel hero physique even if your film is on hold. During the coronavirus pandemic’s early days, Marvel’s parent company decided to shutter filming on all of their current productions, with every studio subsequently following as well. In fact, Shang-Chi’s director Destin Daniel Cretin self-isolated himself after he was tested for the virus. Luckily, the Marvel director tested negative, but that didn’t stop the studio from pausing production on the Shang-Chi film.
With the Shang-Chi star stuck at home like the rest of us, the Canadian star decided to share his home workout video on Twitter in the hopes of encouraging Marvel fans to stay active. In keeping with his comedic roots, Liu’s workout video will surely give Marvel fans a chuckle!
A lot of people are asking me to drop the Marvel quarantine workout… so here you go! Hope you’re all staying as active as I am!! 💪💪 pic.twitter.com/LpbhTNrrBl

In the cheeky workout video, Liu is seen preparing and hyping himself up to lift a bunch of heavy weights before taking a seat and grabbing a nearby video game controller. In the short video, we get a chance to see the Shang-Chi actor’s pad, which is riddled with Marvel pillows. This workout video is perfect for those fans who thought they were falling behind on their productivity. The Marvel actor is the perfect role model in a time that’s becoming increasingly stressful by promoting video games as the perfect distraction! If only we knew what Liu was playing but perhaps that can be revealed in another video showing off his “Marvel workout”.
